COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST

YOUR DUTIES

 
 

  1. Identifying and implementing correct marketing strategies, planned in concert with general management;
  2. Implementing new ideas and strategies for communication campaigns and executing them based on shared time-lines and objectives;
  3. Planning, organising, and actively participating in industry events or trade shows;
  4. Preparing internal and external documents and presentations such as: company profile or alternative instruments suitable to promote the firm’s identity;
  5. Drafting articles, interviews, and preparing appearances in concert with the CEO;
  6. Mapping and scouting the relevant market on an ongoing basis;
  7. Developing new public relations channels and working on boosting the pre-existing ones;
  8. Researching, identifying, and coordinating the consultant/supplier network;
  9. Managing, updating, and boosting the company’s image on corporate channels: social networks and corporate website;
  10. Managing budgets;
  11. Analysing, monitoring, and reporting results.

 

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU 

  1. A degree in Marketing and/or Communications is required;
  2. Working independently by defining priorities and objectives; 
  3. Excellent people and communication skills to act as the company’s interface to the outside world, both nationally and internationally;
  4. Good Social Media Management and Copywriting skills;
  5. Fluent in English;
  6. Good knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools;
  7. Good organisation and management skills;
  8. An educational and/or professional background in architecture is preferred.
  9. Professional experience abroad preferred;
  10. Presence in Milan.
