JUNIOR ARCHITECT

YOUR DUTIES

 

  1. Preliminary, final, and executive design;
  2. Space planning;
  3. Technical drafting;
  4. Meticulous surveying skills (necessary expertise in the required measuring instruments such as laser measuring devices;
  5. Preparation of construction permitting formalities;
  6. Managing and liaising with suppliers. Analysing furniture elements and requesting estimates.

 

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

 

    1. A four-year degree in architecture is required;
    2. Excellent knowledge of applications such as: AutoCAD 2D, Rhino, Sketchup, Photoshop. Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and Adobe Indesign. Knowledge of AutoCAD 3D, 3DStudio Max and Illustrator is optional.
    3. Reliability, meticulousness, consistency, and speed;
    4. Motivated and on the same page with regard to the company’s and personal growth goals;
    5. Technical skills, practicality, analytical skills, and mastery of calculus;
    6. Dynamism and flexibility;
    7. Detail-oriented and propensity for aesthetic;
    8. Passionate about the world of architecture;
    9. Aptitude for team-working and working with every figure in the project team, besides the more senior figures;
    10. Independent in developing set objectives, consistent with the required level of experience. Aptitude for objective-based work both as a team and independently;
    11. Knowledge of the relevant formalities and procedures and construction-related legislation is preferred;
    1. Professional experience abroad preferred;
    2. Presence in Milan.
