Open office: a cooperation standard

Corporate change, fuelled by the new space planning approach, led to a subsequent change in mindset: from 160 closed offices to an innovative cooperative open office model. A combination of offices, workstations, and environmental supports for work activities, orchestrated to obtain a physical distribution of work that challenges traditional hierarchies, establishing a goal-centred work attitude.
