And this is exactly what the Superfund project represents: an ambitious office revaluation effort, which Global Planning Architecture tackled with determination and vision. The goal? Nothing less than redefining the dynamics of a company’s workspace, to improve its brand image in Italy and reflect authentically and tangibly its financial model and its fundamental values.

The right office concept to début on the Italian market

The Superfund project originated with a view to conveying hallmarks of open hospitality and an international slant, the brand’s fundamental values. At the core of its concept was the intent to emphasize and give prominence to the people who are the keystone of the company’s development. The company welcomed the idea to create an office that revolved around people and relations, a place where cooperation, innovation, and well-being are at the core of the work experience. Indeed, the new office space was created with the aim of giving back positive visibility and appeal to an emerging group on the Italian market, positioning Superfund as a leader on the cutting edge of their industry.

Building a Global Hub to build long-lasting alliances

The company had clear technical and conceptual requirements for its new work space. Besides the need to meet a commercial challenge, they wanted to create a dynamic environment primed for conversation. Our proposal takes shape as a true sharing hub, conceived to breathe life into winning strategies and alliances in a new market. This space acts as a meeting point for managers from all over the world, sales and customers, thus becoming an international hub where ideas can flow freely and generate added value.

Office design: how to optimise small spaces

Our challenge was to extract the maximum potential from a concentrated space chosen by the brand for its strategic position and peculiar distribution features. An approach to space planning that excites and stimulates us and allows us to bring the company to a superior degree of efficiency.

Superfund Italia: creating connections by designing office spaces

The project concept truly emerged from the company’s needs based on principles of community, dialogue, and transparency, built around a central dining hall. The heart of the office, around which a cooperative and welcoming space opens up, where people can meet, share ideas, and create meaningful connections.

Transparent office, a declaration of intent

In addition, we transferred the notion of corporate transparency to our spaces, using glass, Plexiglas, and other variable transparency materials. Pieces of furniture chosen for their dual ability to separate spaces, ensure necessary privacy, and at the same time also allow in abundant natural light, creating a bright and positive environment. The use of transparency also favours clarity of ideas and fosters an open, trusting atmosphere among team members, which fully represents the core values of a young, fast-growing business.
